Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Shape the Talent That Powers Georgia’s Energy Future
Georgia System Operations Corporation (GSOC) is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the enterprise and play a critical role in building the workforce that supports one of the most essential infrastructures in the state—electric power and system operations.
This role is ideal for a highly experienced recruiter who thrives in consultative, data-informed environments, enjoys tackling hard-to-fill and technical roles, and wants to influence hiring strategy—not just fill requisitions.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for complex, high-impact, and hard-to-fill roles across all levels—from non-exempt to executive.
- Partner closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to shape talent strategies, role scoping, interview design, and offer approach.
- Provide labor market intelligence and workforce insights to guide decisions around level, location, competitiveness, and timing.
- Drive a high-quality, equitable, and compliant hiring process informed by recruiting metrics and best practices.
- Serve as a senior subject-matter expert, mentor TA team members, and act as an escalation point for complex recruiting challenges.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience while representing GSOC’s value proposition to highly sought-after talent.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. An equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
- 8+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within electric power, utilities, energy, or other regulated industries.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and influencing through insight, credibility, and sound judgment.
- Proven ability to recruit for technical, confidential, niche, and mission-critical roles.
- Strong command of recruiting data, ATS platforms, and process governance.
- A consultative mindset and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
